was watching television and all the channels are showing delicacy programs (laugh)
having been at home not doing anything, i was continuously being lured to eat, my appetite increased.
after which, subconsciously, i began eating everything.
it wouldn't do if i don't visit the gym centre. (laugh)
it seems like my nikki was read
today someone i know, introduced me to the brand of the mattress.
