went to the gym for a jog!
after exercising, my body feels relax too,
my mood feels great.

if i have something troubling me
without hesitation i will run frantically first, then eat good food
after which, sleep.

after that on the second day, i will feel exceptionally good.

everyone if you are not in the situation, please try this method too!
