this reminds me, i had my first char siew chicken pork bone stock ramen last Saturday.
hehe.
the soup base is sweet and the ramen noodle reminds me of the instant noodle (somehow) haha.
but it was nice.
i think it's nicer than the udon (i don't really fancy udon)
